Answer: 1) Place your hand on the forehead and Read ‘Ya Qawiyyu’ 11 times after every fardh namaz. I have seen hazrat sheikh Yunus saheb doing this.
2) read ‘Rabbi zidni ilma’ 3 times after every namaz.
3) avoid all forms of sins, major and minor, clear and hidden.
4) Eat lots of nuts; almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews etc.
